(Hero Concept) Jack: Human-Rabbit Hybrid Soldier

This is a quick concept for Jack the human-rabbit soldier, whose kit is based around fast movement and fighting while airborne. Any numbers on abilities are just for example purposes of course :D

Jackson "Jack" Harrity (rabbit puns lel) is a young soldier from the future in an alternate timeline that now finds himself in the Cursed Apple. He has cybernetic enhancements and an exosuit and is a human-rabbit hybrid. His condition is the result of the military's experimental and unethical genetic engineering trials, in which they were combining human DNA with the DNA of various animal species in order to create super soldier units. Jack and dozens of his comrades were enrolled in the program under false pretenses, and as far as he knows, he is the only survivor of the procedures. He decided to abandon his military duty, and while making his escape, he came across a lab where top scientists contracted by the military had been making steady progress in their research to leap freely through time and space. He looked in confusion at the equations and notes and formulas, and at the machines and technology all around him. In his desperation, he pressed too many buttons, flipped too many switches, turned too many dials. Time and space began to bend wildly around him, and the next thing he knew he was stuck in the Cursed Apple. "This place can't be any worse than where I came from" he thought to himself... [Jack needs funny voice lines when getting Rabbit Hexed by Sinclair, and when observing Billy, Mo, and Vyper since they all have animal elements like himself]

Weapon: Thumper - A long rifle with low DPS and a high fire rate. (752 bullet velocity and 85 ammo. 2.5 bullet damage, 17.7 bullets per second. 25m to 44m falloff range. 2.6 second reload speed)

Ability 1: Harebrained Scheme - Jack injects himself with a serum that damages him for 50% of his current HP, consumes all his stamina charges and slows his stamina recharge speed. In exchange he cannot be movement slowed, gains 25% increased move speed, 2x weapon damage, 50% bullet and spirit resist, 75% increased reload speed, and his bullets will ricochet between all nearby enemies. (50 second cooldown, 8 second duration. 10-meter ricochet range, 30% ricochet damage)

AP Upgrades:
1 AP -- 55% ricochet damage
2 AP -- The bottom half of Thumper's magazine does additional spirit damage equal to 10% of HP lost on use
5 AP -- The top half of Thumper's magazine grants 15% bullet lifesteal on use

Ability 2: Hare Trigger (Passive) - No move speed penalty while shooting. Jump and double jump height increased. Crouching for 2.5 seconds and then jumping will launch Jack high into the air with greatly increased air control ('super jumping'). Fire rate and weapon fall off range are increased while super jumping. (50% increased fire rate and fall off range while super jumping)

AP Upgrades:
1 AP -- +1 Stamina
2 AP -- Landing shots on enemies grants bonus stamina recharge
5 AP -- Double pressing crouch while super jumping slams Jack straight down to the ground, dealing a blast of spirit damage equal to 20% of his Max HP

Ability 3: 24 Carrot - Jack's exosuit turns gold, absorbing a portion of incoming damage and converting it to healing, and reducing the effectiveness of incoming debuffs. (40 second cooldown, 4.5 second duration. 20% incoming weapon/melee damage and 15% incoming spirit damage converted to healing. 25% debuff resist)

AP Upgrades:
1 AP -- Heal 5% Max HP on use
2 AP -- +4s gold duration
5 AP -- Immune to on-hit weapon effects while gold

Ability 4: Tortoise and Hare - Toss a grenade that will explode after a delay, releasing a blast of energy, dealing spirit damage and applying 60% move slow to enemies in range. Jack gains 10% increased move speed and fire rate for each affected enemy. Grenade can be cooked before throwing. (190 second cooldown, 5 effect duration. 3 second delays before explosion and 20-meter blast radius)

AP Upgrades:
1 AP -- Enemies hit by the blast lose 1 stamina
2 AP -- Enemies hit suffer -30% fire rate and reload speed
5 AP -- Jack can stick the grenade to an enemy. Pressing the ability button again when stuck to an enemy will detonate it early
