Hero concept [IKARI]

Lore: Ikari, a naive and peace-loving accountant at a shady firm, discovered that his boss was using his organization for money laundering and hand over him to the police. In retaliation, the boss hired an assassin to blow up Ikari's car with a black flame bomb. Ikari survives, but the flames will soon kill him anyway, prompting him to resort to extreme measures and begin serving one of Patrons to rid him of the flame, despite once being a pacifist.
First ability: Jumps forward and strikes an area, stunning enemies for 1 second and the user for 0.5 second.
Second ability: While turning the camera to the right, can cast a buff to the rate of fire of weapons of allies, and while turning to the right, can cast a debuff to HP regen on enemies.
Third ability: Creates a zone in which applies debuff to enemies, causing them to miss their attacks.
Ultimate ability: Places the character in a lightbulb that will explode over time, inflicting a 2.5-second stun and recharging the character's other abilities, healing Ikari to full HP. Can be destroyed with 5 heavy hits, or 9 at level 3. Pressing the Ultimate button parries attacks, stunning the enemy on impact for 0.1 seconds.
