Hughey Haroldson is a millionaire who has chosen to give away some of his fortune, but is a bit frugal and struggling to come to terms with what it means to be charitable.
For his gun, Hughey uses a pistol (similar to Doorman) that is clearly meant to be an antique/model, but he is far too rich to care about the cost of it breaking. Hughey also carries a cane that serves as a gun in one of his abilities.
1 - Charity: Hughey lightly tosses a coin forward that deals a spirit damage burn to enemies hit. If Hughey shoots the coin, it quickly bounces to an enemy within its area, prioritizing champions, and deal bonus damage scaling with Weapon. The Coin can also be melee'd for the same affect. On Upgrade, this ability can bounce off its initial target to be shot again.
2 - Multi-Cane: Hughey puts away his pistol and equips his cane. During this time he has less Move Speed, but can do one of 3 things. Left Clicking allows him to swing with the Cane quickly, attacking enemies directly next to him. If he clicks 1, he fires a huge, elephant gun like blast.. If he clicks 3, he does a hook forward that slingshots an enemy or ally hit behind himself. This ability ends when you cast the 1 or 3, or if you click 2 again.
3 - Donation: Passive - Hughey Gains bonus souls from Unsecure sources. Active - Hughey can give a select ally a portion of a his unsecure souls. After doing so, for the next 180 seconds, he gains bonus Move Speed, Spirit Power, and fire rate scaling with the amount of souls given.
4 - The Blimp: The Haroldson family blimp flies over an area, granting vision of enemies within its vicinity and leaving them Exposed, meaning all gun damage they take is Critical/Headshot damage. On Upgrade the area covered by the blimp is made larger, and the blimp begins to fire down its own projectiles.
