[Hero Concept] Fathom redesign concept idea.

The redesign idea had to go through quite a lot of revisions trying to visualize a mythical/supernatural underwater monster that uses guns and harpoons in the 1900s. But I think I'm satisfied with this one.​

What's the point of the celtic elements/tattoos? Why would an underwater fish have a celtic symbol?
You are really reaching with that explanation you have from the wiki and I don't think it would fit Fathom.
