Etain, the Faerheart

Born with broken wings and banished from the Seelie Court, Etain had long dreamt of joining her kinsman in the sky. With the advent of modern aviation, that dream was made possible. In exchange for the technology now strapped to her back, Etain cast off her name and became the Faerheart - one of the premier fighting aces on this side of the Astral Gates. But her heart has long called out for home, and the patrons offer her an opportunity that may see her welcomed back amongst her people...Abilities
Ability 1: Faerie Dust
Faerheart releases a cloud of faerie dust behind her, dispelling targeted abilities and intercepting a number of projectiles.Possible Upgrades: Increased number of projectiles absorbed, adding a damage element.

Ability 2: Magic Missiles
Faerheart launches a pair of magic missile, flying in a straight line and exploding on impact, dealing spirit damage and mini-stunning all enemies hit. Enemies caught by both missiles are damaged by both. Starts with 1 charge.Possible Upgrades: +X Salvos (more pairs of missile per individual cast), knock up effect

Ability 3: Banshee Siren
Faerheart spins up a magic siren, sending out a wave of sound in a long but narrow cone. Enemies caught in the cone are feared, causing them to run in a straight line away from Faerheart.Possible Upgrades: -X Stamina on hit, running into walls stuns, slow on fear.

Ultimate: Take Off
Following a short run up, Faerheart takes flight utilizing her flying apparatus. This grants her limited mobility flying movement as well as changing her gun to the Spitfire. The Spitfire fires two projectiles at once that converge on the crosshair, and has infinite ammo but with an overheating mechanic. Whilst active Faerhart can use all her other abilities. Should Faerheart collide with any terrain during her flight she crashes, ending the ability, stunning Faerheart and causing self-harming spirit damage in an AoE.Possible Upgrades: Remove/mitigate negative effects from crashing, increased agility when flying, cooldown refresh of other abilities on cast, reduced cooldown of other abilities during flight.

Other Design Notes
Role
I see Faerheart having a similar sort of role as Muerta in Dota, where she can be built as either an ult-focused carry or uses the utility of her spells to take on a more supporting role but with the possibility of scaling into damage later on.Place in Lore
Faerheart would fulfill a period relevant character archetype currently not present amongst the roster in the form of a pilot, as well as expand into a more fairy-adjacent side of the occult that Celeste appears to be in. Potentially fun interactions could also include those with Venator, with Faerheart potentially seeing him as a traitor to the land of his birth for "abiding by the Catholic invaders."
