[Hero Concept] Dragon Concepts

I've been trying to think of a Dragon for a while, but the main problem is that Deadlock has it's lore very well written to fit history and supernatural implications. The reason that is a problem is dragons are all over the world with various different iterations and I have no idea which sounds more likely to be supported by the setting, along with each having unique options to them or even if they are real nowadays with Paige's book having one. So instead I decided to compile some of the general ideas I've been having into this post. As of rn the two concepts are based on the more American version of dragons and the Chinese none winged dragons.

Typical Fantasy Dragon
Goals

The character should be like a Juggernaut archetype in mobas, a character you don't want to scale as we want the concept of their dragon hoard to be a design that allows them to be a carry that threatens multiple targets if not focused (Kinda victor like). Also want to have some form of representation to iconic features of a dragon such as breathe, claws, wings, tail.

Lore
An owner of a massive bank that misses the days of coins and other shiny metals being the form of common currency, they are a ruthless businessman that will do anything for money or property. Their goal for the ritual is if they succeed they wish for all forms of currency around the world to go back to the shiny metals they miss. The other possible wish is for them to wish for the prosperity of dragons as they may have gone to near extinction over time.

Appearance - A suit and tie individual with a luxury coat, possibly with a mask, glamoured as a human. Their parry is them straightening their tie as they block with one of their wings grown out the body.

Gun - Their Gun is them flicking gold coins, with the reload making it look like they are recalling the golden coins back to them. Their melee is swiping by turning their hands back into their draconic claws.

Hoard
Gain a recharging shield (ala halo). The more total value your items have, the bigger this shield gets. Upgrades can decrease the time it takes to recharge the shield or increase a base value

Draconic Breathe
Move slowly but keep breathing in a cone in front of you, dealing escalating damage as you move. Upgrades give damage resistance while breathing. The main reason not to always have this on is your speed being to low, but if that isn't enough of an incentive it could have a recharging bar instead.

Dragon Tail
Spin and swipe their tail at enemies in a aoe around you, slowing them down and dealing damage. Upgrades cause this attack to recharge your shield

Draconic Transformation
Turn into a full dragon temporarily, you have a bigger model & hitbox but gain increased health and AoE of your skills for the duration. Your breathe doesn't slow you, your hide constantly regens, and your tail attack now knocks up opponents (similar to Dynamo 1). Your gun turns into biting infront of you for a good chunk of damage, acts similar to Silver's werewolf weapon but instead of focusing on building up speed it has a slow fire-rate but bigger damage.

Chinese Dragon
Goals

The character should be like a Juggernaut archetype in mobas just like the previous, I personally think Dragons are of a caliber where this archetype fits their power fantasy. This dragon unlike the last however, needs to have a more support-ish feel to it as Chinese dragons are seen as benevolent unless angered, more helpful than threatening.

Lore
A polite and friendly figure full of wisdom unless crossed, polymorphed to help fit into modern day society and helps transport goods from overseas. Their goal in the ritual would be to either bring dragons back from extinction, find a love (depending on which Chinese dragon used), or to help Viscous as Chinese dragons tend to be more akin to water and weather related deities and also fear the same thing in the depths.
Gun - Their Gun is clouds hovering around shoulder height that fire lightning or rain bullets. Right clicking shoots hail like a shotgun. Their melee is a tail smack

Cloudy Mist
They spew a mist in an aoe that completely blocks vision, but highlights the outline of structures to not prohibit enemies from knowing where they are going or shooting. The mist does however hide character models and abilities, even from the map. Allies inside heal a small amount over time. Possibly as an upgrade or maybe base have it deal damage to enemies inside.

Draconic Breathe
(Toggle) Move slowly but keep breathing in a cone in front of you, dealing escalating damage as you move. Upgrades give damage resistance while breathing. This uses a bar that drains over use and has to recharge. An upgrade might be that Cloudy Mist quickens the recharge bar or makes it not be spent while inside.

Inhale/Exhale
Same as draconic breathe, but instead of focusing on damage it pushes every player hit to the end of the cone for a short duration, enemies that hit a wall are stunned. It can be alt cast to instead inhale and drag everyone in the cone towards him slowly. Everyone can still move while inside the cone so if they move fast enough they can resist the push/pull. This ability also push/pulls the Cloudy Mist, stretching it out more so than just moving it.

Draconic Transformation
Turn into a full Chinese dragon temporarily, you have a bigger model & hitbox but gain increased health and AoE of your skills for the duration. You move around similar to Ivy flight as your long serpentine body creates heavy weather wherever it travels, leaving a trail where it keeps raining for a duration. Enemies hit by the rain take small amounts of damage per second, but build up to a stack of lightning, once that stack is built up it immediately resets and they take decent damage from a lightning bolt that hits them. Cloudy Mist and Draconic Breathe both give the lightning stack while in this form.

These are all the ideas I have so far, but might update in the future with more fleshed out descriptions.
