[Hero Concept] Death/The Grim Reaper

Lore: Death/The Grim Reaper/his other many names comes to the human plane/world to get his own wish on the patrons which is for no one to be able to grant a wish that would not let Death kill them such as immortality or for death to no longer be a thing.

Archetype - Assassin and Economy Disruptor

Weapon - Death Doesn't Discriminate: A rifle with a scythe blade at the end, can switch between shooting with the rifle and slashing with the scythe blade with third ability. The rifle does gun damage and the scythe does spirit damage although the scythe is still affected by other gun items that affect stuff like fire rate and range. Stuff that is applied on hit such as toxic would also naturally build up when hit with the scythe. Rifle also has 10 ammo and a fire rate probably around Abrams fire rate but perhaps a little slower such as between him and Silver. Scythe has no ammo/infinite ammo. Scythe can also reach 5-7m in front of Grim haven't settled exactly on how far.

Grim will have his fire rate and movement speed scale with spirit power by a small amount

Ability 1 - Soul Harvest: 1 Charge, 25 second cooldown, 5 seconds between charges, 6m range in a circle (like doorman bell), deals spirit damage.
When Grim kills a minion with his scythe he reaps it's soul and stores it, gaining no money. Upon activating ability when you have a charge you throw the soul you reaped and it explodes on contact dealing a little bit of knockback (maybe like a meter or 2), if it hits an enemy directly you get double the soul value you would've otherwise if you had killed the minion normally. If you hit someone with the aoe explosion you get 75% of the minion's value and if you miss you get zero money. Also does not deal self damage.

Ability 1 Upgrades: First Upgrade, -7 second cooldown. Second Upgrade, +2 charges. Third Upgrade, if you hit a minion with a soul that minion also explodes and any other minions hit will also explode causing a chain reaction. Damage is reduced with each explosion.

Ability 2 - Scythe Throw (name is subject to change): 15 second cooldown, 15m range, deals spirit damage, slows enemies by 30% does not stack. Grim throws his scythe forward in a spinning motion and it will suspend in the air while spinning for a moment after traveling it's max distance (15m by default), if the ability is recasted Grim will dash to the scythe and grab it, otherwise the scythe will spin back to him. The scythe does spirit damage every .5 seconds.

Ability 2 Upgrades: First Upgrade, +25 spirit damage (I was thinking it would do like 50 or smth starting out). Second Upgrade, +10m range, Third upgrade, increase slow by 20% and when you catch the scythe either by dashing to it or waiting for it to return you will do a quick spin attack around you.

Ability 3 - Weapon Change (name is also subject to change): When you press this ability you will swap between shooting your rifle and using your scythe with a delay of .5 seconds). Also has a passive effect on the rifle only where if you shoot a minion soul with the rifle it will ricochet to a single other minion soul within 5 meters whether an ally or enemy soul to confirm or deny.
Ability 3 Upgrades: First upgrade, 5 extra ammo and faster reload for rifle. Second Upgrade, scythe gets a projectile similar to Grubberfly Elegy from hollow knight or Link from BOTW with the master sword that travels 10m and deals 50% damage. Third Upgrade, Weapon swap now has zero delay and hitting someone within a second with both weapons deals an extra burst of spirit damage with a 3 second cooldown between when the burst can activate again.

Ability 4 Ult - The Grim Reaper: 150s cooldown and lasts 7 seconds. Grim gains an aura of smoke around him from his cigar and his eyes glow brighter, Grim also gains +6m sprint speed. When Grim attacks a person with his scythe the first time they are hit they have 50 souls stolen from them and Grim will also gain a charge on his Soul Harvest if he has missing charges. When Grim hits another person he steals double the souls (100) and this continues until if you hit everyone you steal 1600 souls on the last person hit for a total of 3,150 souls stolen. All souls you steal are special unclaimed souls separate from the usual unclaimed souls and if you die with these they return to the enemies you stole them from. Also every person hit will increase your damage dealt for the duration of the ult by 15%. Anyone hit by a soul from your Soul Harvest ability will not give you twice the value of a minion and instead give you nothing purely being used for the damage. The range of your Soul Harvest explosion is also increased by 50% during ult.

Ability 4 Upgrades: First Upgrade, -25 second cooldown. Second upgrade, 20% Bullet and Spirit resist during ult. Third Upgrade, first person hit now has 100 souls stolen and everyone after is still doubled as usual leading to the last person hit having 3200 souls stolen from them for a total of 6300 souls stolen
