Customizable Hero
Each ability when first used will open the ability imbue menu that can let the player choose their ability, permanently.
1 - Nuke Abililty
1a - grenade that deals weapon damage on impact
2b - knockdown with a nuke at the end
3c - dagger that can collect souls
4d - AOE that put a stacking debuff
2 - Movement Ability
1a - warpstone ability
2b - blink ability
3c - majestic leap ability
4d - i-frame ability
3 - Passive Ability
1a - bullet bounces
2b - bullet ricochets
3c - bullet pierces
4d - large bullets
4 - Ultimate ability
1a - Skip Time ability
2b - Unstoppable ability
3c - Infuser ability
4d - Rearm except Refresher
4 different choices for each ability = 256 different combinations
Example combination:
1a - grenade
2d - i-frame ability
3c - bullet ricochets
4b - unstoppable
Sinclair copies the ability chosen, except the case where the hero hasn't chosen - in which case it is random starting from the first choice ability. Or Sinclair steals the ability to imbue and can choose any ability before using it, until the character chooses an ultimate ability.
the passive abilities could be changed to be more fun.
also the abilities are arbitrary, they could be more generic but still fun.
maybe even before you cast the spell if you alt-cast / self-cast would open a different type of menu.

alt - 3 - Other Passive Abilities ...
alt - 4 - AOE Ultimate
1a - Reverse Reverse Polarity
2b - Reverse Polarity
3c - Supernova
