Ability 1- Broken Phase shifter

Shoot out a ball that causes the opponent to shift out of reality, and take damage when they do. Target is unable to be affected or targeted until they shift back. Can be self cast.

Duration 1.5 seconds
Initial damage 50 + 1 * spirit
Damage overtime 25 + 1 * spirit

L3. Target receives 25% move speed slow and -15% bullet armor upon reappearing

Ability 2-Protective hex

Target an alley, they receive bullet shield, spirit shield, and an active parry. Can be self cast

Ability 3-Spectral Spring

Cast out a rope, if the rope hits an enemy they are flung away, if the rope hits a surface, you are flung in the opposite direction, if they rope hits an ally you are propelled towards them.
(Enemies gain half the Velocity).

Ultimate-Area Phase Shift

Weapon-Auto aiming hexgun v6

Members of the SSS have the best equipment in the world. This prototype weapon acts as a very short range shotgun however, the longer spent without shooting, the less its spread, and greater its range. Scales with fire rate.

Backstory

After a decade of battling rival covens in South America at the behest of the cartels, fighting off daily blood hexes and soul curses, she decided it was time for a change of scenery. Immigrating to america, she was quickly “Scouted” by the OSIC as a possible tier A threat. After a thorough interrogation she was offered the “protection” of the American government against her old enemies who were still after her, provided she was willing to work for them. In a few years, she was working for the super secret service. A routine mission protecting a congressman's family on holiday, turned dark when her custom phase shifter malfunctioned, and the family was unable to be recovered, the congressman, making it clear he held her personally responsible.

Now, going rogue, she seeks the help of the patrons to recover her charges, before she is eliminated by her old enemies, or her former friends.

Cloak : Should I be taking my death grimoire out of storage then, senor?
Abrams : I said offered, I have enough on my plate now as it is.

Haze : The OSIC has orders to take you in Cloak
Cloak : Please, it was a mistake, i'm so close to fixing it
Haze : I know, that's the only reason your not dead yet

Cloak : Your ability to pass through reality is quite remarkable professor, how does it work?
Dynamo : Ah a student! Well assuming you’ve taken advanced reality mathematics and the basics of quasidemtional quantium physics, its actually quite the simple equation...huh? where’d she go?

Cloak : No assassin's blade may reach my charge, vindicta!
Vindicta : I hear that not where the danger comes from for your charges.

Cloak : Vengeance is a path I have walked down before, senior. Believe me, it just leads to more pain, more hurt. The only way to heal is to get off it.
Grey talon : I-I need this… I have nothing else

Wow, this is a great idea. Love the lore aspect, very cool and naturally expands the worldbuilding at large.
Like the idea of a enemy-displacer/support, not really touched on yet by any of the other heroes.

Broken Phase Shifter: Very cool idea, love the connection with their backstory, and the idea of being not only a damaging ability that helps eliminate a threat from the battlefield temporarily, or helps the user escape. No notes, I love it. Question though: would a self cast deal self-damage. If not, it should, as that's pretty perfect balance for what is essentially a free ethereal shift.

Protective Hex: Interesting, but a little too much of a flat buff. Also the self-cast would make this way, way too powerful. I don't even know what the active parry means but if it means a constant parry buff around you that's already a crazy huge buff. Better way to do it that leans more into the "cloak" nature would be instead giving just a simple bullet evasion buff, maybe 30% for a few seconds. That way it fills a niche that no item can give, and gives a natural synergy with heroes who can gain bullet evasion like Mirage or Haze, but also remains a nice standalone buff for anyone.

Spectral Spring: Love the idea, cool way to keep enemies away from one another, help teammates or evade danger. Honestly just a better version of Lash's 2. Good stuff.

Phase Shift: I'm conflicted on this ult. It's honestly really cool in concept but in execution this thing would be a griefer's dream. Basically the ability to cancel their own team's ults by phasing them out without the enemies. Honestly the only thing that keeps the 1 ability good is the fact you can't use it on your team, just you and the enemy. Just don't think this ult works. I don't know what a different ult could look like though, and agree an area support bomb would be the best for the kit. I just dunno.

Gun: Like the idea of charge by not firing, especially when it scales with firerate. No notes there either.

Honestly just a great concept!

Yes, phase shifter would deal self damage, it is broken after all

Protective hex might be to strong, I don't think so though. the wording is a bit off, instead of active parry I meant activates a parry, so you would just get a parry for free. Something I didn't think about was that self-cast would let her escape any movement lock in the game, which I agree would be to good. The reason I prefer giving shields rather than evasion is its meant to be something you give your teammate after they have been haze slept or abrams charged into a wall, not something you give a yamato right before they go in.

I think your right, Spectral spring is just a better version of lashes 2, the ability is to good to have charges I think.

You could greif your team with Phase shift, but you could do the same with mcginnis wall, kelvin dome, Ive ult, bebop hook or dynimo entangle. This ult is meant to fix a problem in the game where there are CC and Offense ults that can wipe the entire team, but only one true support ult, which a lot of times can just trap you with the thing that's trying to kill you. Honestly the way it is right now might be to strong, I think it might be better if it only worked on teammates.
