it wouldn't be New York without someone riding a bicycle, and watching the Doorman's slide animation has really made me want a hero that can do the Akira slide on a bike. my mind immediately went to an old timey paperboy who rides around the boroughs and chucks the New York Oracle at doorsteps. hope you enjoy!
Weapon - Bag o' Papes
Charlie wears a messenger bag filled with newspapers
Left click - throw a rolled-up newspaper in an arc
Right click - Zoom
1 - Comin' Through! - active. charge ahead with the bicycle and stun targets you pass through. can alt cast or crouch to slide at the end and reverse the direction you're facing so you're facing toward the stunned targets. akira slide, but now you can bean them in the head with a newspaper
2 - Extry, Extry - passive chance to throw multiple newspapers when he fires; think Multicast from Dota but for leftclicks
3 - Street Food - active. take a break, get off bicycle and channel to eat a slice of pizza or a hotdog to recover moderate amount of health. Charlie stands behind his bicycle and has partial cover from the torso down while he eats. can probably crouch while channeling
4 - Check the Oracle - active. displays the location of all enemy heroes on the minimap to your allies for 3 - 4 seconds or so
