Nice art, kit is pretty cool too. Chainshot I feel is a little overtuned because if the silence AND the fact that it chains to nearby heroes. What if instead of silencing all abilities it just silenced movement based abilities the active slowing item. Forcing enemies to have to move in unison in a game with so much mobility sounds soooo painful to deal with (Dota players can BARELY move in coordination when affected by Grimstroke ult, and in that game you can only move in the second dimension). Perhaps itd be better if it instead worked by making it so that if the enemies tethered walked far away enough from the ally theyre tethered to, theyd get the silence/slow effect applied to them as well.

I dig this, but 40% max HP damage on Q? Keep in mind that there are items that give you more stacks on skillshot abilities. This would be too good of a tank shredder

Oh it doesnt do 40% on Q; it does 40% max HP damage of the initial guy to enemy heroes standing behind the guy.
