Hero animations low fps

Since the patch on 11/21 most of the heroes animations (walking, crouching, dashing) "play at a lower framerate" similar to how Mirage's animations always have.

I can't capture a video at the high framerates needed to demonstrate this, but I've noticed it's extremely apparent when rapidly rotating the camera left on Abrams' gun.

I play on 240hz, getting ~230fps, with G-Sync enabled (and Deadlock recognizing such).

Seems like they're all fixed now even Mirage's
