"Help me deliver the urn" voice lines don't play for certain heroes

I already made a bug report similar to this but it was only about bebop. I have recently realized that several other heroes have the same issue as well. The heroes that have this bug are:
Abrams, Bebop, Infernus, Ivy and Lady Geist. I have attached a video showing off the bug.

Yes, I agree with this. Some voice lines for Geist are just missing. Also, for certain heroes, you cannot ping Sinclair's name when trying to mark him for teammates.
