Heavy Punch Item That silences Heavy Punch Sound

Quite the sound of the heavy punch T3 item

I want to be able to heavy punch someone who is not looking at me. People who just react to sound Q's should have to think a little more if they want to look away from Abrams. He has to go melee form to work anyways. Or make it an active I don't really know if this is even a strong item. I think it could at least help have role late game of being behind people walk up and heavy punch. So its really 2 things that would help heavy punch abrams respect and role. Whiffing a heavy punch late game just feels like a complete troll move because you get punished just for trying

In higher elo its literally not optimal to look at a abrams who is in heavy punching in heavy punch range.

People also get crazy movement items late game so they just out run your punch

Active could have movement speed as well to keep it around a 30 second cool down if needed

In the current state it feels punishing to even try to heavy punch late game. Maybe you guys want it to be early game only. You can only heavy punch when you are chasing people in the late game. Or in between stuns. Rebuttal is an 800$ item that makes it 2x harder to throw heavy punch. In order to counter this you have to make it a wasted item by only throwing safe heavy punches. Getting rid of their parry means nothing because its already back up by the time you throw the next heavy punch

This Item would add to the mind games of melee and I think it would be more interesting
 
Item sounds cool but maybe make it the duration shorter. Punch builds do alot of damage mid/late game heavy punches can easily do 800+ damage. The sound helps with balancing I think, since in a hectic teamfight you can't always be looking at everyone.
I think you might need to learn parry baiting/buy slowing items. most people will do light melee's to bait out enemy's parry then follow up with heavy melee and with the slow it helps stick to them. Also, saving ability's so you can chase them after parrying helps too, Billy 2 and Calico 2 for example enemies always run after miss parry so you can bait it then use your 2 to close the distance then get two free heavy punches before its back up
