I realize Abrams doesn't need a heavy punch silencer on his fist. He needs a heavy punch loudener to make people nervous. I would buy every game depending on stats. This would fix the problem of people not looking at Abrams and parrying his heavy punch. With this item Abrams would get more attention anyways.
I suspect tank stats would be good for the item
Could be an active item Tier 3
Though I do admit this problem is rare. Most people can't parry without looking. If you throw a punch and getting parried kills you it was a bad play
Possibly an item that encourages getting parried or safeguards it in some way. I do not think this is necessary but it does add to a playstyle. Though this item would have to be T4
Or an item that if you get parried it disables your heavy punch to add extra risk. Like double up your heavy punch risk and reward
