Healing Root - T3 Vitality Item, counters knockups/displace

T3 Vitality item, could upgrade from Healing Rite for namesake? Probably too many upgrades from that item as is.

The gist of the item is that whenever you get knocked up or displaced in any way, instead you are rooted in a literal tree root that heals you a flat amount or the amount of damage that you take during the root. Duration could be something like 1-2 seconds with residual healing after the root ends.

Right now there is no real way to counter displace other than Reactive Barrier, this could even be an upgrade from Reactive Barrier which would make most sense for build purposes, it would also serve a self counter to my beloved Bebop hook, as well as stomp spam Dynamo, barrel spam Holliday, etc.
 
Thematically neat. Probably needs some tuning. A 1 second root can certainly get you killed against some things like Mo burrow, but ignoring an instance of displacement might not be a bad item idea.

The counterplay is maybe too harsh against some characters like Lash/Paradox/Abrams, but again, like the idea.

Maybe it could be an active item, so you pop it when you really don't want to be displaced for a period of time.
