healing rite - selfcast in two steps

Hello,
When using the healing rite:
If I want to heal myself I have to press the autocast button + the active item button.
If I want to heal a teammate I just need to aim the teammate and click on the active item button.

This behaviour should be the opposite: only one button to heal myself and two if I want to heal a teammate.

Like dynamo quantum for example.

Some abilities, like Ivy's ult, works just like Healing Rite, others like Dynamo's QE - the oposite. Definetly need to make them all work the same to be less confusing
