Healing Rite not working correctly

Sometimes when I use healing rite, the same frame I use it on myself, if I get damaged the thing where it says I have healing rite active on this button, the cooldown will not be on screen. However, you try to use it again, the pop-up says "healing rite is on cooldown for x amount of seconds" will be there.
