[Minor Bug] Alternate Cast Button doesn't register active key change

When pressing the alternate cast button after reordering your active items, it doesn't regiter that the item's key has been changed.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Buy Healing Rite and bind to X,
2. Press alternate cast and verify it's on X,
3. Change the key to anythign else,
4. Press alternate cast button again - it still shows X as shown in the image below
