Healing rite doesn't show cooldown

After i tried to use Healing rite while being under a DoT (Vindicta's Crows, i believe), it stopped showing cooldown as if it was always ready to use.

Here to post that this is still a bug for me too, I notice it on Seven. It's usually near the end of the game, I cast it on myself and it still shows up as being castable but the cooldown number isnt showing up on the hotkey bar. It will still show the correct status on screen.
