Headshot Booster shorter cooldown then intended

This does not seem like a 7 second cd for headshot booster unless the passive is supposed to have a shorter cd which might be the reason haze does a ton of burst damage in the early game

The cooldown is normal for me, please check if you had "No Cooldown" in the testing tools enabled.

No cooldown was not one and in game the headshot booster procs faster for me unless it's a visual bug
