Head Hunter should've been a compoment for Headshot Booster without the velocity stat

It makes more sense to have Head Hunter as an upgrade for Headshot Booster without the Velocity stat such as:

+ fire rate %
+ weapon damage %
+ bullet shield
passive: headshot bonus damage


For example for Vindicta where velocity makes no difference, a useful stat like bonus firerate would've made the item more worth it.
