Hacker dodging Anti-Cheat

Greetings,
Today around about 4:00AM-7:00AM MDT, I was playing a game as Rem, in a lane with a victor, against a Lash and Abrams. This Lash's username was "#1 Lash NA". Needless to say the Victor and I were about 0/7 each at 10 minutes in. At first we thought the Abrams and Lash were absolutely cracked and insane players, however at about 30 minutes into the game the lobby got a notification that the Lash was suspected of cheating.

At this point when I went to go click to "Frog" him my game crashed. I quickly loaded Deadlock back up and tried to rejoin, to which I crashed once more. My game was fine at the lobby but rejoining the match crashed me. I thought it was just me so I clicked "Abandon match" since the match was safe to leave anyway due to a suspected cheater. When I requeue'd I got a few of the same people in the last match with the Lash. All of which said they got crashed every time they joined as well.

I checked my match history to which the game with the Lash is erased like it never happened so there is no match ID or proof the match even happened. I suspect this Lash crashed everyone to erase the game and get around the anti-cheat ban, and that he is learning what does/doesn't set off the anti-cheat. I believe this because it did not flag the lash as a cheater until about 30 minutes in.

Attaches is a screenshot of the lobby I got after the Lash cheater game, so that if anyone is able to somehow find a match that happened they can piece together the names to ensure it is the match I was talking about. Not all of these players were in the last match. I believe "Glarp!" and "Mason" were in it but im not 100% certain.

Regardless "#1 Lash NA" should be looked into I fully believe he is cheating and getting away with it.
