Permaban after Apollo bug

I got permabanned after i got into a bug as apollo where I was stuck in the Riposte animation moving extremely fast. I got the bug by using Riposte on the shrines curse attack. I eventually got stuck in a wall so I had to use the stuck button and my game crashed. After relaunching I hit reconnect to game and I crashed again, afterwards I loaded into the hideout like normal and I am permabanned from both main and street brawl.

Ban is unrelated to not reconnecting, you can see in the corner the game was already safe to leave.
