Gun disabled as Viktor after Ult

After i got killed while being disarmed as Viktor the disarm persisted after reviving and even after "real" death. After my ult got procced again the disarm was disabled. Still there was like 2 minutes in which i couldnt use my gun.

I think it's something to do with wraith

Happened to me twice, I figured out it is the wraith ult and upon being ulted again the gun worked, I assume if the disarm from wraith is still up when you viktor ult it shuts down your gun until you're ulted again and it's given a cooldown.
