Winged gun character with weird mobility and a "risk" mode.
Alt-fire that makes them shoot forward and backdash (a bit like shiv), shoot the ground and jump in the air if they're crouching or sliding, or shoot upward and dive if they're midair (or maybe hover?). It shouldn't be as good as using stamina though
Abilities:
1 - (Left) Hand of God. Dash and strike with a mutated hand. Can be parried to reduce damage
The concept I had was a "fake" angel, maybe more of a harpy or fallen angel character. For the design I'd love a bitchy BPD mamacita (see attached doodle), but it's whatever. Use any part of this post if you want

If the ability hits an enemy, get a stack of "Absolution".
Can spend a stack of absolution to make alt. fire not cost bullets and push Gun Angel further
If the ability doesn't hit any enemy, gain a stack of "Desperation"
Every stack of Desperation (max 5?) gives fire rate but reduces spirit/weapon resistances and movement speed. No duration
If you have any Desperation stacks when using this attack and hit the enemy, consume them and deal extra damage for each one
Can toggle this ability to not consume Desperation stacks (no extra damage though) and always give Desperation even if you hit the enemy
2 - Poison Orb. Slow moving big poison projectile. Explodes on impact with a wall or floor.Moving through the orb poisons and slows, and the explosion deals extra damage per distance travelled (maybe stuns too? might be too good).
You can use alt fire to push it to change direction. Absolution-boosted alt fire makes it move faster
3 - Spotlight. A heavenly light blesses Gun Angel or an ally. Small heal and damage buff.If Gun Angel uses it on an ally, gain one Desperation, on self-cast gain Absolution
Leveling this skill removes the move-speed penalty from Desperation.
At max level gain Desperation no matter on who you cast it, and gain a lesser "spotlight" effect on ally-cast
4 - Red Right Hand. Short-range AoE nuke. Maybe a dive like Lash?
