This still persists at least partially.
Very often one can hit Guided Owl right into faces; hit + Stunned-indicator is shown, but the health bar remains unchanged for the Guided Owl user.
However, watching through the replay-file(s) supposedly at least some damage was done on the target.
It is hard to know whether or there is some falsification happening during the live-match as the damage seemingly never gets properly reported until "after the facts".

Timestamp: Most egregious example happening at the 7:38 time stamp, Round-3 0:25 (/ 25-seconds). But otherwise this particular McGinnis pretty much completely "immune" to Guided Owl throughout the whole live-session.
