No offense to the designer but I'm not too crazy about Greytalons design. He sounds like a cool hip young guy but is built like a frumpy hispanic grandma. Not saying old people can't make for cool characters (take bill from left for dead) but I don't this is an instance of that.
I think it'd be cool if they redesigned him to be younger and leaner with sharp facial features often found in native americans as pictured below. Play into the salt-of-the-earth bow wielder shtick with a john redcorn type character, only younger. Maybe give him some furs and more earthy tones for his wardrobe? The orange and white don't quite suit him I think.
