I was charging my arrow mid air when I got shot by Paradox's Kinetic Carbine, the sparkly audio of the "Charged Shot" charging sticks and persist even after death. I tried charging the shot again but it didn't remove the sound, when I spectate other hero it doesn't play but when I respawn it returns.
I was able to resolve this by restarting and reconnecting into the game.
