grey talon charge shot bug

I noticed the zoom out on the charge shot was changed without notice this last patch. It is quite jarring of a movement and is both kind of sickening and makes it harder to redirect the shots before letting them go. If you all could revert this change or recreate the old zoom in/zoom out it would be greatly appreciated!
