I'm unsure if it is intentional or not but Grey Talon's Spirit Owl execute doesn't seem to work in tandem with Improved Burst. This clip shows the owl doing a base damage of 362 to a 500 health haze, which would normally not execute. However since I have Improved Burst it deals 402 damage which does fall under the execute threshold for Haze but it still doesn't execute her. This is visually very confusing and makes it harder to tell in an actual game when a person will die to the execute due to this inconsistency. Also all of this applies to mystic burst as well. I understand if this is an intentional feature but it is unclear in game and that has made Grey Talon less enjoyable for me.
