Mirage's Mark doesn't work with Tankbuster or Mystic Burst, Scarabs don't work with Mystic Vulnerability

Djinn's mark doesn't trigger Tankbuster or Mystic Burst. It does trigger Spirit Burn and Mystic Reverb. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not.

Also Fire Scarabs doesn't trigger or work with Mystic Vulnerability or Escalating Exposure. It does, however, trigger other spirit damage items like Bullet Resist Shredder, Mystic Regen, Suppressor, etc. I'm not sure if Fire Scarabs counts as spirit damage (maybe it's just health steal), but the inconsistency doesn't make any sense to me.
