This active can be applied to you or teammates when not colliding with a floor game object (after a knockup, jump, or falling from an elevated area)
Active Ability - activate to increase the gravity multiplier by 3x when airborne. Upon colliding with the floor release a shockwave within a 5m radius. Enemies affected by the shockwave get -6% melee resist.

Reasoning - Knock ups are extremely frustrating due to the lack of any counter to them. Knockups are an unavoidable stun that can't be countered with debuff remover. This item is meant to counter knockups and challenge those that come in close following a knockup. A reason why this won't be a green item is because green items are already so important and there are only so many slots for green items.
