From doing some testing you do not have to hit someone with the primary for 4 seconds, it's actually a buildup since you can build a bunch of fire rate and still get the max amp. Pls give info about the buildup %. The information about 4s time for max damage changes the second you buy one fire rate item. Yoshi pls fix
