Graves cannot rotate her 2 if alt cast is bound to the same button as spray

I have alt cast and spray both bound to E. If I try to press E while prepping Graves' 2, it switches to the spray cast instead. Other instances of alt cast inputs in the same, like Lady Geist 2 or self-castable items, prioritize the thing you are currently using over the spray.

you also can't rotate her 2 if alt cast is bound to right click
