Graves 2nd Ability Instant Cast

There is currently no instant cast option for Graves' 2nd ability, which is very annoying when her other abilities all have this option. The need to press "alternate cast" to rotate the wall and then use "fire" should be adapted to place the wall already rotated when instant casting while HOLDING "alternate cast", and placing the wall unrotated otherwise.
