Graves's second upgrade to her Jar of Dead (1) is "On hit: Apply 30% Slow for 1s". The 1s duration of this Slow seems like it should be buffed by Superior Duration's 28% Ability Duration increase, but at the moment this seems to not be the case.
According to both the tooltip for Superior Duration in the Item Shop and the tooltip for Jar of Dead after buying Superior Duration, the on-hit slow remains 1s.
This is inconsistent with other ability upgrades which add new status effects to abilities, where the status effect duration is extended with Superior Duration and this increase in status effect duration is shown in both the tooltip in the shop and the ability tool. For example:
