GPU constantly crashing with LiveKernelEvent 141

Deadlock crashes my GPU (RTX 4090) every 10-30 minutes with a LiveKernelEvent, the game quits, and all my displays are reset. Sometimes it happens in the menu when I'm not doing anything, but usually in-game during a match. Sometimes in a big team fight, sometimes when I'm sitting in spawn. All my drivers are the latest, I'm not experiencing crashes with any other game. GPU has stock OC and default afterburner settings.

Attaching my video settings below. I've tried vulkan, but it was an unplayable, stuttering mess. I've also attached some dumps, for some reason it doesn't create an MDMP every time it crashes.

I'm also running into this recently and have 0 clue on how to fix it. Not hearing anything from devs or anyone else about any potential fix fucking sucks.

Are you using RTX voice by any chance? So far I haven't crashed since I stopped using it
I have a 7900XTX so no RTX voice. It started suddenly for me. I haven't even updated my driver when it crashed the first time, and then after that it would just crash on every big fights. The dumps don't clearly indicate what's wrong either, other than access violation error every time.

Im on a 7900XTX, and no issues anymore. I do have to keep retuning my fan curves and gfx settings in adrenaline every update as for some reason adrenaline reassigns the deadlock game profile to the spotify.exe file and creates a new deadlock game profile at default settings (probably new exe each time dunno), check yours isnt going mega hot from default fan curve in adrenaline.

I never had ingame crashes so likely something else, but i did have a few days where i would que and before pregame lobby even loaded, i was stuck on load screen, still able to access menus etc. leading to que ban, which lead me to:

full reinstall of adrenaline and deadlock after DDU. And now verify game files every update.

I'll try another DDU + reinstall. I've monitored my temps, and since im running on low settings hotspot doesn't even go past 70ish (it's on an itx custom loop).
