I've been in the deadlock playtest since may 2024. Played the game for almost 2k hours and been a part of some community events, reported several bugs and I'm enjoying the game to this day.
I'm from Ukraine and unfortunately we have a neighboring country that started a full scale war against Ukraine in 2022. Every winter since 2022 Ukrainian infrastructure is getting shelled by the aggressor so Ukrainians wouldn't have electricity in their households. We have schedules for when we have power at home and it can get as worse as like 4 hours with power against 20 hours without per day. Right now it's kinda very bad across the whole country.
Sometimes the situation is bad enough that power goes out even out of that schedule, and due to this i got kicked from several matches during this past year and a half. My match making bans are 24 hours right now and I understand that starting a match is a commitment. Sometimes tho plans go south cause this whole shit in my country is kind of uncontrollable by civilians.
But last week in this match 54965335 i got 24 hours ban AND got put to the low priority queue. I struggled for 5 matches to win 1 game to get out of low prio. Sadly today it happened again in match 56527188. And I'm once again in low prio.
I deserve the matchmaking timeouts but I've never been a toxic player, never got text chat or voice chat bans and probably have very high commend report ratio. If there is any chance the developers team can review this case and maybe get me out of low prio I'd be very happy. I need to win 2 matches in low prio now and this is legit feels unenjoyable. If you could pleeease take a look at this, pleeease. I'm not gonna commit to competitive matches until the situation is more stable since I don't enjoy ruining the matches for my teammates. I really hope to get an answer. Thank you!
