Got a ban when the game wouldn't connect me to a match

Started searching for a game and queue instantly popped. Then the longest loading screen ever and kicked into the hideout. Game offers to reconnect me to the match and then kicks me back to the hideout. This happens at random. It can be the first match of the day or the 4th. I can't even tell what fixes the issue because I get banned. This is the second time this has happened. I would love for my ban to get lifted, or at least my record wiped. I don't want to be placed in low priority queue because of this bug.

same exact thing happened to me. Been having this problem occasionally and only had 5 minutes ban before. But now I got 1 day ban and I have insanely good internet connection so I know for sure the problem isn't connectivity
Any response from the devs or solutions?

I have been having a similar issue: it queues me into a game, then abruptly kicks me and doesn't allow me to rejoin, forcing me to abandon the match and leading to a day-long ban and low-priority queue matches.
