Glass cannon should build off of Swift Striker rather than Slowing Bullets

Swift striker is thematically appropriate to build into Glass Cannon. Raw attack power at the cost of survivability in both cases, starting initially with just bullet resist and then blooming into % health for the true vulnerability that makes glass cannon what it is.

Slowing Bullets is not a logical choice. Slowing Bullets is a caster friendly item and Glass Cannon is not an item any spirit-heavy build would want.

Slowing Bullets should build into something more similar, if anything at all. Spiritual Overflow would be a good candidate.

Naturally, Glass Cannon should lose the 25% slow and Spiritual Overflow should gain it as part of the bargain.

Yea I have a similar thought for Extra Regen being more similar to Fortitude than Extra HP, but restricting these "2 phase" items to being strictly logical limits flexibility. Balancing is hard enough to begin with.

Fortitude IS more like Extra Health, though. Fortitude always gave a ton of health (most of any item) with conditional regen, whereas extra regen is non-conditional regen.

As far as balance, both slowing bullets and swift striker are the same tier so the cost of glass cannon will stay the same. There's no reason glass cannon should have a slow attached and it is one of the ONLY examples (possibly the only?) where an item LOSES stats on its upgrade (bye bye spirit power from slowing bullets).

It just doesn't make any sense and it's kind of insulting to people who use slowing bullets for what it is to have GC suggested as an "upgraded" item...
