Gib's Articulate Anti-jokes (unassorted ability concepts)

I have a ton of concepts floating around for abilities and even entire heroes that sound great, but don't get completed for a variety of reasons. Just like my other thread (available here), I intend for this thread to be a place where I can drop random ability concepts that seem interesting without having to spend more time and effort drafting an entire hero concept.

Feel free to take and do anything you want from either this thread or the finest follies thread. Some credit would make me happy, of course.

Blank Slate
Hold to begin sketching a basic copy of an enemy's basic ability.
  • 5s Sketching duration
  • 10% Sketching Self-Slow
  • 90m Range
You can control which ability gets sketched through pinging the ability via the target's player card.
You can wipe the held ability and turn it back into blank slate through pinging it through your own player card. This requires an eraser, which can be bought from the shop.
Tier 1: :-D
Tier 2: D-:
Tier 3: >:-D

Empty Canvas
Hold to begin sketching a basic copy of an ally's basic ability.
  • 3.5s Sketching duration
  • 10% Sketching Self-Slow
  • 90m Range
You can control which ability gets sketched through pinging the ability via the target's player card.

Tier 3: <o> . <0>

These two ability concepts were part of the same concept that I came up with for a hero that could clone enemy and ally hero abilities. This hero concept got abandoned quite quickly because I struggled with designing an entire kit around it. Since every kit has 4 abilities, this hero would have to get two more abilities to function properly as a hero. Since this hero could have both an ally and a enemy cloned ability, it made it pretty hard to keep any sort of ability balanced with the numerous two ability combinations without making it feel generic or weak.
