I que'd twice with the hero selection of Billy, Mina, Infernus, Haze, and Vindicta and both games got Seven who was not in my hero selection. Neither game had a Vindicta but I was put on a different character for some reason. I was confused after the first game as I didn't think I had seven selected but thought it might have been a mistake. The second game I made sure that I did not have him selected but when the game loaded in I got him again.
Tangentially related, I have not got a single game as either of the new characters after ~20 games this week with them on high priority. I played with a friend for these two games and they got each of the new heroes on their first try while I was put on something not in my pool. Screenshot below is from directly after the game with no changes to hero selection.
Also had two games earlier in the day that seemed to have issues as well. One had no Billy and one had neither Billy or Mina in them despite having purple priority on them.
