Getting banned for no reason

I'm not sure if this is a bug or something, or if its automated by bots. But I've been getting banned temporarily from que for no reason at all, whether its someone rage reporting or something I'm not sure. however unless guidelines or TOS has been breached in any way, shape, or form if you want to keep people playing the game don't punish them if they haven't done anything at all. I don't even use the chat, so I was surprised to see that I cannot que for 20+ minutes with my friends when I took a 5 minute break. It doesn't even tell me why I was banned temporarily from that game mode it just says I was.

Same thing has happened to me twice now. Complete full matches. Don't text or talk. Yet somehow temporary banned. Its annoying.

Same, I got banned and I have no idea why. I sat down really though about what it could have been. I have no idea. I had earlier fought someone I felt was cheating, and I was typing in chat stuff like "OMG this guy just shot me through a building" then I reported him and I got banned.
