please stop giving attention the the forum's emotional parasites, it makes them stronger, wastes our resources and gets us nowhere closer to a solution.

Ignore them, they get banned for a reason they themself can't even Fathom to understand, they are out of touch of how world works, they always blame others and never reflect and most importantly, they're out of touch how toxic they actually are in the game, you can't convince people like that.
They get banned, I mean, multiple ban in the first place for a reason.
Mostly mental/behaviour problem.

There's no problem, if there is, the whole forum, reddit, discord is full of people complaining about comms ban, sadly, there's not, report system been like this for the last 3 month, never changed since, peaceful 3 month, now some of you just complaining about report system since ranked mode introduced, maybe you just mad about being banned from ranked mode, not comms banned, your toxicity in-game still persist, that's why you get your 2nd, 3rd, 4th and so on ban.

are you a dev ? how do u know whats the case? there was similar case in apex where people got false flagged and banned. people like kept saying... oh u cheated , i didnt get banned so u must be cheating! then a week later devs found it was indeed a bug causing false flags and reverted. in the end unless u are dev who knows for certain stfu. let the people express their grievances and its up to devs to check if its true or not.

not at all, just seems like a very small amount of outlying cases
everything else i have seen has people who were definitely toxic in their own way
