Match ID 64895611 and it happened when i spent a point on a tier one upgrade and later when i spent points on a 2 point upgrade. sorry no exact times, my replay is bugged and i cant check the exact time

at 9600 souls you have 10 AP, you upgrade your abilities to T2 T1 T2 and T1, also have 2 unspented, its 3+1+3+1+2=10. There is no bug.
