Game uses up way too much bandwidth

Hey guys, I'm from a very third world country, and me and my friends love Deadlock, but it consumes way too much data/bandwidth.

Some context, here, at the best of times (after 12AM), we can get a humongous 200KB/s bandwidth before the latency goes to shit, yes my friends, a whooping 2Mbps, and that's alright for many games; Dota 2 for example is a heavylifter at 50KB/s, while many other games hover the 15-25KB/s range. Deadlock, on the other hand, eats up as much (that I've seen) as 1MB/s, and I saw a guy talking about 4MB/s on Reddit once when investigating about this. These measurements are as of last patch, when they added the goat, the cute twink and the pervy librarian.

I know I could just not play the game, and, guess what, that's what I do, and I get that very few people are on my position, but it would be nice for the game to have a low bandwidth mode, which I think Dota actually has. It could have worse latency, but less bandwidth usage. I'm playing on average 100ms ping on a good day, so I don't mind the extra latency, and it probably won't even affect my ping at that point.

I really love Deadlock, I played it for a while around a year ago when the game first blew up, and I think it didn't have this much bandwidth usage; I stopped playing for a while and when I came back it really wasn't playable for most of my friends.
