Game says I'm in the official discord while never actually being in.

I'd like to join the official discord server to interact with the community, see new guides and community feedback and see proper update notes. However, the game says I've already joined the official discord server while I'm only in the community and modding discords. What gives?

the link it generated for me never worked to begin with either. really hoping this gets fixed soon. i know many people can't get into the discord right now
