When I start the game from steam, it just boots up a black screen and spinning loading symbol forever. The only fix I can get working is disconnecting my internet, which lands me in offline mode, then reconnecting. The game works fine after that. I don't have a vpn, launching as admin doesn't work, and all my drivers are up to date.
