Game lagging for 5 seconds at a time, every 10 seconds.

Pretty much the title, I still haven't been able to play a match due to this glitch, and have been in the playtest for some time. Came back after not trying it for a month or so and still the same. My internet speed and specs are all in line, what gives? Has anyone else experienced this? I want to try this game so badly!

To be more clear, it is more of a server disconnect/ rubberband rather than generic lag
